Hi, I’m Deasha, an Executive Administrative Consultant dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners streamline their operations, optimize efficiency, and achieve their goals with confidence. My mission is to provide expert guidance and support, empowering you to focus on what truly matters—growing your business and achieving success.

How My Journey Began

My professional journey started in customer service, where I discovered my passion for organization and administrative excellence. This led me to complete office administration training at Job Corps, which opened doors to roles such as receptionist, administrative assistant and now Executive Assistant. Over the years, I gained extensive experience across industries like healthcare, human resources, finance, mental health, non-profit and tech, honing my skills in managing complex projects and supporting executive-level operations. In 2018, I found my true calling: helping business owners and executives by providing tailored administrative consulting services that drive results.

Why I Do What I Do

Becoming an Executive Administrative Consultant gave me the freedom to take control of my career and life—creating my own schedule, setting my income goals, and pursuing my ambitions. This journey wasn’t without its challenges, though. I faced personal struggles, mental health battles, and difficulties with my children, even losing sight of my vision at times as I let others dictate my path. But through therapy and self-reflection, I rediscovered my strength and purpose. Now, I channel those experiences to help others not only simplify their operations and achieve their goals but also find the confidence to take control of their own lives and thrive.
